The 27th edition of the prestigious and renowned ‘Portón del Jazz’ (Jazz Gateway) in Alhaurín de la Torre is set to take place on consecutive Fridays in July – 5, 12, 19, and 26 at 10 pm each night. Tickets are now on sale.

The Mayor, Joaquín Villanova, inaugurated the event with a performance by the group Soul Station, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting series of Friday nights in July at Finca El Portón.

Tickets are priced at €25 and can be purchased at the Finca El Portón or online at www.mientrada.net.

The lineup for the event includes performances by American singer Gretchen Parlato with German guitarist Lionel Loueke on July 5, The Cuban Jazz Syndicate led by drummer Michael Olivera on July 12, Javier Ojeda with a jazz rendition of his works on July 19, and the Sedajazz Latin Ensemble closing with Sole Giménez on July 26.

Make sure to attend these evenings in Alhaurin de la Torre to experience the best music and performances by top groups and soloists in the jazz scene. According to the Mayor, Alhaurín has the best jazz festival in Spain.
